PRODUCT CASE STUDY / KARIM ELNAHHAS
OmniSpot

A revenue intelligence platform built from a marketer’s perspective.
OmniSpot grew from a problem I knew first-hand as a marketer: I often needed several tools to solve connected marketing problems. I built it with my team from the ground up to bring customer data, commercial insight and marketing workflows into one connected workspace.

A saved journey draft with triggers, message-preparation steps and review controls. Draft-only with no provider delivery; cropped and details redacted. Click the image to enlarge.
My contribution
My contribution covered ideation, strategic planning, business planning and mapping the product, alongside hands-on work on parts of development. I worked with my team to turn the business concept into product requirements, connected workflows and a software build.
Connecting the work
Designed for Saudi and GCC teams, OmniSpot brings CRM, customer intelligence, commerce insight and marketing workflows into an Arabic and English working experience. The product approach connects customer context with audience planning, journey automation and commercial review.
